PhysioConnect is a global digital community supporting physiotherapists with career development, migration guidance, and professional growth. As founder, I identified a gap in accessible, peer-led support for clinicians navigating career transitions — and built the platform to address it.

Member - Board of Directors; The northern College of Acupuncture

As a Board Director at the Northern College of Acupuncture,  I contribute to clinical governance, quality assurance, and  strategic oversight within a regulated healthcare education  institution. My focus is on patient safety, professional  standards, and ensuring the organisation delivers against  its mission with integrity and accountability.

First Contact Practitioner (FCP) MSK Physiotherapist – Pure unity Health

advanced MSK assessment and management in primary care, contributing to service improvement and multidisciplinary collaboration within the NHS.

Career Mentor – University of East London

In my role as a Career Mentor within the School of Health, Sports and Bioscience at the University of East London, I support students and recent graduates in navigating the early stages of their careers.

My mentorship focuses on career development, leadership, and strategic planning, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Whether it is through one-to-one sessions or career guidance discussions, I help mentees identify growth opportunities, develop clarity in their goals, and build confidence in their professional journey.

This mentoring experience has deepened my belief in the power of shared knowledge and collaborative growth — and it continues to shape the way I lead, teach, and serve in the wider healthcare ecosystem.
