Adebola (Interviewer): Thank you for joining me. Many of our students want to understand exactly how the Saudi licensing process works for physiotherapists. Could you take us through the steps you followed?

Step 1: Data Flow Verification

Colleague (Interviewee): The very first step is called Data Flow. Some people hire an agent to do it for them, but I decided to do mine by myself. I just went on YouTube, watched a few videos, and then went directly to the Data Flow website.

On the platform, you need to complete three main sections:

1. Education

2. License

3. Work experience

I registered, filled out the forms, uploaded all my documents, and then paid with my Nigerian dollar card.

At first, there was a problem. About two weeks later, the payment was reversed. So I had to re-apply. Alhamdulillah, the second attempt went through.

To speed things up, I called ahead. For example, I phoned my licensing body and explained that Data Flow would contact them. I also went to my internship hospital, AKTH, and told them that verification requests would be coming, and asked them to please fill them out quickly and send them back.

That is how I managed the Data Flow stage.
